Activity 4: Disaster and recovery plan

 Mrs. James is a newly appointed Principal of the St. James High School. She does not have a disaster prevention and recovery plan  in the Records Management Procedural Manual for her school. Explain to her the importance of this plan and provide some tips or guidelines to help her develop her plan.
